We have established the following park rules to make staying at Mountain Glen more enjoyable for all of our guests.
Check-In/Check-Out Times
RV Sites: Check-in time is 3:00 PM (Central
Time) and check-out time is 1:00 PM (Central Time). Please re-register by 11:00
AM if staying an additional night. Please check for site availability as early as possible.
Contact-Free Check-In
If you prefer not to come into our office to check-in, we can accommodate you. Please let us know and we will leave an envelope with your name on it for you to pick up at our after-hours check-in building when you arrive. Everything you need will be in the envelope.
After-Hours Check-In
If you will be arriving after office hours, please contact us by phone or by email to let us know. We will place an envelope marked with your name on our After-Hours Check-In building. It will contain a map with directions to your site, guest information, and a receipt for your stay.
Reservation Deposits
Daily/Weekly (RV Sites): Daily
Full payment due at the time of booking.
Monthly (RV Sites): Monthly reservations require a reservation deposit equal to the first month’s RV site charge to hold a suitable site. Upon checking in, a $100 electricity deposit will be charged and held for the duration of the stay to be applied to your final electricity charges due at the time of your departure. Final electricity charges in excess of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file. If final electricity charges are less than $100 the deposit balance will be refunded to the credit card on file.
Cancellation Fee Policy
Daily/Weekly (RV Sites): Minimum 10 days notice = $16.39 administration fee. Less than 10 days notice = cancellation fee equal to 1 day at the standard daily rate for site type. Reservations cancelled on the arrival date will forfeit their full deposit and no refunds will be given. Cancellations must be made by phone: 877.716.4493.
Monthly (RV Sites): Minimum 30 days notice = $100.00 cancellation fee. Less than 30 days notice or no shows = current month's RV site charge for cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made by phone: (877) 716-4493.
Early Departures/Late Arrivals/Inclement Weather
No refunds will be given for early departures or delayed arrivals. No refunds will be given or schedule changes will be made due to inclement weather.
Site Selection
Do not change site before checking with office, site selection is only guaranteed for days paid.
Quiet Hours
10:00pm - 8:00am.
Pets
Mountain Glen is a pet friendly RV park & Campground. (3 pets max.) Please call for more details.
Pets must be on a leash and supervised at all times. Pets may not be left unattended outside of RVs. No pets allowed in any buildings. All pet droppings must be picked up and disposed of properly. Excessive barking will not be tolerated and guest will be asked to leave.
If you’re not sure whether your pet will be welcomed please check when making reservations or prior to check in. Upon checking in you agree that any damages or injuries caused by your pet are your sole responsibility and that your pets are vaccinated as required by law.
Visitors
All visitors please register in the office.
Visiting hours: 9 AM - 8 PM
Overnight visitors: Overnight visitors may incur an additional fee. Please contact management for prior approval.
Overnight visitors are allowed occasionally and cannot exceed 2 nights in a row or more than 2 nights max per month. Visitors cannot exceed max site occupancy (6).
Sewer Hookup
All campers must have a sewer adapter. This prevents your hose from falling down inside the sewer pipe and backing up the sewage line.
Campfires
Allowed in fire rings only. Do not relocate fire rings. Firewood may be purchased at Store. Do not cut trees, branches, or remove bark from trees. No chopping or splitting of wood permitted. Fire must be kept within the fire ring at all times. Fire should be extinguished when left unattended. Please respect your neighbors.
Smoking
No smoking/vaping allowed in any of our rental units, buildings, or common shared spaces. Do not discard cigarette butts on the ground or leave them in our bathhouse/laundry waste baskets. Do not throw cigarette butts in fire pits.
Alcoholic Beverages
No open containers allowed in any of our buildings or community shared spaces. Please keep alcoholic beverages on your site or inside your unit. Dispose of your cans/glass containers in a sealed bag in the dumpster. Do not throw them into our fire pits.
Fireworks
No fireworks or noise makers are allowed on the premises.
Trash
Place trash in dumpster located near game room. Do not leave trash outside overnight.
Clotheslines
No clotheslines or other items may be tied to trees.
Patio/RV Mats & Grass Area
We do not allow Patio/RV Mats, tarps, etc. on grass areas or anything that will kill the grass.
RVs/Cars
One sleeping unit and once vehicle per RV site. Extra vehicles which do not fit on RV site must be parked in Guest Parking. Please do not park on the grass on your site. Additional parking behind the campground entrance sign in the grassy area where signs are located is permitted.
Washing of Vehicles
Please ask for permission before washing of vehicles, campers & RVs. No washing on the weekends. Water must be conserved. Do not dump gray water on ground.
Fishing
Catch-n-release fishing is for guests only. Not open to the public. Please release all catches back to the pond. Guests under 18 must be supervised by an adult and not left unattended.
Swimming/Boating
Enjoyment of the pond is for our guests only. Not for public use. Absolutely no swimming or boating in the pond.
Generators
Generators are not permitted except during a power failure.
General
Parents or Guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children at all times. No playing on playground after dark. Please respect other guests, do not play TV's or radios so loud that your neighbor can hear the noise. Please do not walk through other guest's campsites. Please properly secure personal belongings. No driving through empty sites.
Mail & Packages
Guests may NOT change their permanent legal mailing address to Mountain Glen’s address and establish domicile/residency. Guests may not fill out a change of address form with USPS and change their address to Mountain Glen’s address. Guest's may not obtain a driver's license with Mountain Glen’s address. Guests may not have personal letter mail sent to Mountain Glen’s mailing address. If you have a mail service, which we highly recommend, you may have it shipped here. Another option would be to obtain a P.O. Box in a nearby city.
We are more than happy to accept packages from USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. You must include your site number on all packages. Packages will be delivered to your site or otherwise left in the laundry area for you to pick up.
All packages sent to the park after your departure will be returned to sender unless specific arrangements are made.

Damages and Removal of Guest Property
Any costs incurred by Mountain Glen due to damages (e.g., damages to electrical pedestal, water spigot, fences, trees, picnic tables, fire rings, signage, grass, etc.) caused by guest or guest's visitors or by anyone on a site paid for by the guest, or costs incurred by Mountain Glen for removal of personal property owned by guest or guest's visitors or anyone on a site paid for by the guest will be charged to credit card on file and/or deducted from remaining deposit balance. Guest agrees to be billed if other payment methods are insufficient.
All guests and visitors implicitly and or explicitly agree upon checking-in that management reserves the right to enforce our rules and to refuse to register undesirable guests and or visitors. This also includes the exclusion of any RV and or camper that we feel does not meet the aesthetic image of our park due to age and or condition. We also reserve the right to eject anyone for detrimental conduct and or violation of any of the rules set forth above without refund of monies tendered for services. Entrance onto the campground property constitutes permission to photograph or video visitors/guests while on the premises and to use any resulting pictures or video for any lawful purpose without compensation to the visitor/guest.
